Nakata Asumi is the voice behind Lucia. Her birthday is on April 5th, 1988, making her around 17. From her birthdate and the time Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch aired, it can be assumed she was around 15 during the recording of Pitch and PURE. I think she did a rather good job, especially since she's around Lucia's age. Rather than a high-pitch, squeaky voice, Lucia's voice actress has a strong, low-pitched one. Lucia is the only anime role Nakata Asumi has done so far.
