Rina
Touin Rina is the princess of the North Atlantic Ocean. Rina is introduced to the series a little later than Hanon; presumably, she comes to the human land after Lucia. Rina is initially cold and distant towards Lucia and Hanon. Even with Lucia's attempts to befriend her, Rina would simply ignore her. There was even a misunderstanding when Rina supposedly kisses Kaito (she really did not), but Lucia continues her pursuit to befriend her. Eventually, Rina finds herself softening up to Lucia, becoming a loyal ally and good friend.
Rina and Lucia have a very close friendship. Lucia may not be quite as close to Rina as she is to Hanon, but Lucia deeply cares for Rina. Her persistent endeavors to befriend Rina are probably the best example of this. Although Rina is not very talkative, she reciprocates Lucia's feelings. She gets a bit irritated with Lucia's brashness at times, but this just makes her a bit more protective of the North Pacific Ocean princess.
